Emily (@leorisingbirthkeeping) is back for her second episode talking all things maidenhood! Emily and Lea discuss various topics related to the sacredness of a woman's body, the intentionality and discernment needed in regards to sexual intimacy with men, and how women often give their body to men to fulfill emotional needs like being desired/chosen/special. They share their experiences with freeze and fight responses and how they communicate their needs to their partners in relationship. Emily speaks about conscious wedding planning and how the engagement phase is her preconception phase for marriage and motherhood. They emphasize the importance of honoring the feminine energy and cycles, including the practice of freebleeding.
