Courtney (@_holisticourtney) a mother of four and a nurse anesthetist, shares her journey of finding her intuition and how it impacted and changed every aspect of her life. She explains her personal evolution: how her controlling, abusive childhood impacted her nervous system, lack of connection and trust with her body, and her menstrual cycle, so she turned to IVF to conceive her first child, but she almost died from the process. Courtney had a beautiful, empowering first birth and intentionally chose to birth unmedicated, even though she provides epidurals for her career! During her second birth, experiencing a horribly, demeaning doctor, awoke her passion for advocating for women. She shares stories of witnessing medical professionals making decisions based on fear rather than trust in the body's natural processes. Courtney eventually decides to leave her job at the hospital and have a home-birth for her fourth child!

German New Medicine | Seasonal Allergies, Itchy Arms & More
Monday Jul 08, 2024
Monday Jul 08, 2024
I have been studying German New Medicine for over two years and it has changed my life and gave me TRUE FREEDOM!!! I now trust my body and every healing symptom that arises! I no longer need to be in fear about germs, infections, gluten, food, EMF's, etc!! In this episode I discuss my real life body symptoms with the laws of GNM applied: itchy arms, seasonal allergies, stiff knees, stiff neck, my husband's double ear infection and his breast cyst. I still have so much to learn, yet I feel its important to bring this information to the people who are ready.... GNM requires a shift in consciousness and the commitment to drop victimhood of the body.
German New Medicine (founded by Dr Hamer) is the most brilliant science of the human body: when the brain experiences emotional shocks, the entire body responds to the emotional shock, but the specific emotion correlates to a very specific organ/tissues. Therefore, when there is resolution of the emotional shock, usually that is when body symptoms like headaches, rashes, cancer, stiff neck, etc occur..... it is the body in the healing, repair phase. The body is always doing the most intelligent choice even if we don't like it, or it hurts, or its uncomfortable.

Sofia (@sofialehtolaaa) shares her personal story about growing up in a conservative, laestadian christian church that was her entire community and life, but when drama, abuse, and mistreatment started to occur within the church, her identity and beliefs were threatened, triggering her personal awakening. Her entire faith and trust was placed within her church, but then after a few years, the church split into two, creating a hostile, emotionally unsafe environment amongst its members.
We discuss many topics in this episode surrounding the topic of religion: the strict unspoken rules on appearance and entertainment in apostolic denominations (but also the beautiful community), how many Christian teenage groups learn how to have fun without drugs and alcohol, why gossip is rampant in christian circles, how the Covid era showcased herd mentality that is prevalent in dogmatic religions, and more.

Loving Yeshua Without the Structure of Religion
Thursday Jun 13, 2024
Thursday Jun 13, 2024
I have been afraid to made this episode for the fear of judgement but I try so hard to not live my life in fear..... so I had to do the hard, scary choice: share my heart no matter the judgement. I have been in relationship with Yeshua for ~14 years without religion because I truly believe we can forge our own unique paths, even if it's the road less traveled, or the road that is criticized.
"I have been calling to you, Beloved. Within the still, quiet moments of Peace in your heart. The moment has come to set down your burdens so that you can remember what it is to be fully seen, heard, held, and Loved. Let us walk together on this journey to Divine Freedom." -Yeshua, The Freedom Transmissions
The books that I mention in the episode are: "Anna, Grandmother of Jesus," "Magdalene's Well," "The Magdalene Manuscript," and "The Freedom Transmissions."

They share their experiences with freeze and fight responses and how they communicate their needs to their partners in relationship. Emily speaks about conscious wedding planning and how the engagement phase is her preconception phase for marriage and motherhood. They emphasize the importance of honoring the feminine energy and cycles, including the practice of freebleeding.
