I have a new theory....... and it might be radical.... but it's new, so it may not be perfect, but-- it has helped me gain greater clarity in my body with what my intuition REALLY is, versus my fear!

Mothers, it is Time to Step into Your Power

Many mothers outsource their power to doctors..... but also to Instagram influencer moms! This is a disempowered energy state. This is a Mother operating from Maiden energy, the energy of not trusting inner intuition and instead wanting permission and validation from anywhere else, besides yourself. Mothers, its time to take your power back! This begins with learning your Inner Voice and Intuition! 

 

Edited to add: I do believe our real life friends and community serve a beautiful purpose and its natural to want wisdom from wise women to help our situation, but its important to have self-awareness of when we are seeking opinions and advice from a disempowered state vs empowered state. Its important to learn when we crave a "savior" to save us from our situation, when that is an illusion.

I truly believe they are Masters in so many ways, yet our culture is so conditioned to view children as "less than" or on a lower pedestal, simply because are new to Earth so they don't have a fully developed adult brain and are not yet conditioned into robots!

FAM: Fertility Awareness Method is a method of birth control that does not involve hormones or devices! Its all about learning the signs of ovulation from your wise, beautiful body to detect when ovulation is happening, to either prevent or achieve pregnancy (using basal body temperature, cervical fluid and/or cervical position). Learning about FAM this year has been the MOST empowering experience for me!!! 

The Need to Control is Rooted in Fear

We try to control situations/people to try to prevent our worst fears from happening. Example: people pleasing is the attempt to control someone's perception of you, with the fear of someone thinking badly about you! Control is Fear. 

Are You Listening To Your Body?

The body whispers before it tantrums. Most humans ignore their body's signals until they are in their mid-60's diagnosed with cancer or a disease.... THEN they may start supporting, loving, or listening to their body. But our free will allows to to learn from others and not wait until a diagnosis to take our body's signals seriously! Our body sends us messages every single day in the form of feelings, body discomfort, or pain, but are we pausing and listening to what our body may be trying to tell us?
