Alyssa (@alyssarafidi_) shares her personal story of experiencing a pregnancy loss at 19 weeks and the deep trust in her body, herself, and God that was needed for her to wait until her body was naturally ready to release her baby...which was three months later. She let her body birth at home, undisturbed, and in peace. Alyssa was carved and molded into a new woman throughout the painful waiting phase and grief. She emphasizes the importance of listening to intuition, hearing guidance from the spirit of her baby, and living according to our values, even in the face of fear and external pressures.
