You have to be done with the ways of the past! Release the old patterns of anxiety, worry, control, and rigidity. She was not safe to be free, she was not safe to be herself. Meaghan Amor (@meaghan_amor_), a mother and doula in Australia, shares her personal journey from almost thirty years ago: becoming a mother with a partner she knew she didn't love and the healing and growth that came from that experience.
