Wise Women Diaries stories are rooted in shedding victimhood and shame. We take radical responsibility for our lives. We have the power to turn pain to wisdom, choose our intuition over fear, break generational patterns, and learn how to trust ourselves. This podcast shares a wide variety of lessons from conscious women: how grief and heartbreak helped us evolve, how children are our teachers, and how we can reclaim our inner trust by stepping out of the medical paradigm in homebirth, freebirth, or ’infertility.’ Follow the host, Lea, on Instagram at @trusting_life_ Email: wisewomendiaries@gmail.com to submit your story

Tuesday Apr 09, 2024
Natalie shares her personal experiences with pregnancy, birth, postpartum, bedsharing, and breastfeeding. Her first birth was a hospital induction that went miraculously well, but for her second birth she knew she wanted to homebirth, so she hired a midwife.... but freebirthed! She explains how bedsharing was an obvious choice after struggling with sleep with her first child, her struggles with mental health in postpartum, and the importance of women have *true* support to achieve their breastfeeding goals.
